Our People
We have learnt our trade as members of successful industrial, commercial and financial organisations prior to careers in executive research.
All of our researchers have gone through a structured intensive training programme and will subsequently have been allocated a mentor for the first 12 months of their time with Henley.
Members of the research team each have up to 13 years' experience.
Director of Research – Helen Davies
Helen joined Henley in 1997, became Head of Research in late 2000 and was appointed a Director of the company in 2007.
Helen has a joint honours BA Degree in French and Music, has lived in both Switzerland and France and is one of our French linguists. Her business experience includes commercial roles for one of the national chains of hotels, industrial experience having worked with an electrical services company and a manufacturer of home products, and healthcare knowledge having worked in an administrative role with one of the country’s leading healthcare providers.
In her spare time, Helen enjoys singing with the City of Birmingham Choir at the Symphony Hall and Town Hall in Birmingham, and playing her flute at weddings and christenings.
