Mark enters South Coast Triathlon for MSRC
On 15th August, Mark will be heading to Seaford to take part in the South Coast Triathlon to raise funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre.
SWIM - CYCLE - RUN
Having completed the Bristol 10k earlier on this year, Mark wanted to find an event that matched his ambition and 'ability' and so he discovered the Fun2Tri series which offers a range of triathlons for all abilities, ideal for beginners. This will be Mark’s first ever triathlon and entails swimming 750m, cycling 20km and then running 5km.
One of the Fun2Tri series' designated charities is the Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre, which provides impartial advice, support and access to information for those affected by MS. This is a hugely worthwhile charity which is close to the hearts of both Mark and his family, and the chance to help them out was one that he could not turn down.
