This week we started our 150th project this year, which is keeping our research team busy during the summer months and ensures we will have challenging and interesting work in the Autumn. The majority of our projects are executive search projects where there is a senior level vacancy to be filled, but the diversity of our work is greater than ever before. We are currently involved in a number of significant talent pipelining and succession planning exercises, a number of proactive talent mapping exercises, whilst simultaneously delivering Insights reports to our clients.
