Over the years Henley Research International has been building strong relationships with Warwick University which have helped us recruit excellent talent for our team.

Henley was invited to participate in a regional career fair last week. Two Henley directors, Helen Davies and Diana Watson, were delighted with the number of students from the UK as well as from abroad who were interested in discussing what Henley does and what opportunities might be available.

In addition to offering more traditional executive research or” headhunting” the concept of talent mapping, talent pipelining, diversity mapping, feasibility studies and insights were relatively unknown to many individuals. Helen and Diana enjoyed explaining the broad spectrum of activities students could be involved in either in form of an internship or a permanent role after graduation. A significant number of students studying Computer Science, Psychology, Bioscience, Politics and Business have been in touch since the fair and we are currently setting up meetings over the next few weeks to get to know some of these individuals better.

If you are an enthusiastic individual with an agile mindset who enjoys getting involved in comprehensive and analytical mapping or would thrive on speaking to high calibre industry professionals on a daily basis please contact Helen Davies (helen.davies@henleyresearch.com) or Diana Watson (diana.watson@henleyresearch.com).
