This coming Friday our plan was to hold a party to celebrate our 25th Anniversary – Henley Research International came into being back in 1995. Covid-19 means we had to shelve our party plans for a while but we are still proud of our milestone.

Originally based in the picturesque village of Henley-in-Arden, the company was set up to provide executive research support to retained search firms. We’re still doing just that, and also supporting many multinational corporate clients with their senior level recruitment, talent mapping & pipelining and a wide range of Talent Intelligence, Insight and Business Research support, for mandates in the UK and elsewhere in Europe, the US, the Middle East and the AsiaPac region.

However, whilst our offering has significantly broadened over 25 years, there are many constants. For example, our desire to work with integrity and to the highest levels of professionalism. Our passion for international work and our commitment to always having a multi-cultural, multi-lingual and diverse team. And our resolve to move with the times – search and talent intelligence are changing fast (never quicker than during the current crisis) and we are responding and constantly coming up with new approaches. We should also mention that some in our team have been around for most or all of the journey – Helen Davies, our Director of Research, has in particular been central to our story. Thanks to all of our many talented researchers over the years.

We couldn’t have got this far without our many fantastic clients and we thank you all. You’ve challenged us and you continue to do so. In fact, the briefs we get are more testing than ever – keep them coming. Like everyone else we’re working week by week through this unprecedented period, but we’re committed more than ever to looking after our clients in the years ahead.
