Fourteen of Henley’s research team were present at yesterday’s ERA (Executive Research Association) Annual Conference at Sadler’s Wells in London.

Among the highlights were the keynote address on “The Future of Recruitment” by Neil Carberry of the REC, Pavita Cooper’s presentation on the role of Search Firms in Diversity, and sessions with Billy McDiarmid of Candidate.ID and Toby Culshaw, who is Head of Talent Intelligence at Philips. Mark Hamill also provided interesting insights into the critical role of the executive researcher in senior level searches. ERA Gold Sponsors hosted workshop sessions where two of the day’s hottest topics, Artificial Intelligence and D&I, were debated.  Another key theme was the changing role of the executive researcher whose remit is increasingly focused on broader talent intelligence, insights and candidate interaction rather than traditional name finding.

After the Conference, which was Chaired by Henley Managing Director Mark Senior, the Henley representatives enjoyed a team meal at a nearby restaurant.
