“One of the most interesting things about working at Henley Research International has always been the wide variety of assignments we get involved in, working at senior levels across all countries, industries and role functions.
This diversity also means that we have remained busy during the current pandemic crisis and lockdown, because naturally some countries and industry sectors remain busier than others at any given time.
We are lucky to count a select number of major international pharmaceutical companies among our client base, and as can be expected these companies remain far more active than some of our clients in other sectors, for example in the construction industry.
As always, we continue to carry out assignments in many countries around the world, helped by our in-house language capabilities in Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Italian and Macedonian.
So far in March, April and May 2020 we have started work on new assignments based in the USA, Japan, UK, South Africa, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, France, Finland, Spain, Portugal, UAE, Italy and the Czech Republic.
The projects mentioned above are, as ever, in a wide range of industries, including renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, fintech, leisure, automotive, retail, telecoms, information technology, management consultancy and aerospace.
We continue to feel fortunate at Henley that our colleagues remain safe and well and we are still able to support our clients around the world that remain active in executive recruitment and talent pipelining. As lockdowns in various countries around the world start to ease, we also look forward to re-establishing connections with other clients that will see activity begin to tick up again, and of course continuing to partner with new clients for whom our services can be beneficial.”
