Which European country that you have not yet visited is top of your list to see, and why? Iceland, because it is like Hawaii of the North… and could be just one major volcano eruption away from disappearing!
What is your speciality dish to cook? Frog legs, tripe soup and beef tongue. Just kidding, I wouldn’t eat any of these voluntarily. I make many other kinds of soups though.
If you were to give one suggestion to the CEO of LinkedIn, what would it be? I have two: stop introducing new restrictions masked as errors and give more incentives to users to undertake activities that will help develop your platform (unless the latter is happening already and I am just not aware of it).
What is the most enjoyable book that you’ve read recently? The Jungle Grows Back by Robert Kagan.
What would be your karaoke song? Eaten by Bloodbath, while being dressed up as a cookie, banana or some other food, it could be funny! But no really I have no idea what I could sing because I never do.
Who would be the guests at your dream dinner party? Elon Musk as the most extraordinary business executive; Misha Glenny for global organised crime insight; Ricky Gervais for a laugh; Ania Dąbrowska and Black Sabbath for their music, and for Polish and Brummie representation!
What do you most enjoy about working in executive search? Getting to speak to interesting people about interesting things. Getting to know the world of business, and developing skills on how to track the information you are after.
Mountains or sea? Mountains, I grew up surrounded by them, in addition to amazing sights and nature, they give this unique opportunity to be literally in the clouds without getting your feet off the ground!
What is your favourite film? Anchorman, there are so many catchphrases in it, it is ridiculous!
What would you rather fight – 20 duck-sized horses or one horse-sized duck? If I feel like having a fight I go for a large duck, with its large bill and wings could be a challenge. If I feel like playing footy I go for little horses.
