It’s September already. In this, the most different of years, characterised ironically by an August like many before it with lots of people (clients, candidates, seemingly everyone) taking advantage of the opportunity to get away and have a well-earned break. September will gather momentum as it always does.

Here at Henley we deliver a wide range of Talent Intelligence work to our international client base, and this still includes a good number of executive search projects where the goal is to deliver short lists and, ultimately, to find candidates who get offered roles. And despite the “stop-start” nature of things in August, we were delighted to confirm eight such placements during the month.

As many reading this piece will know, we have a long-standing tradition of ringing a bell in our office for each successful placement. We’re still all working remotely right now, but we’re enjoying the virtual tinkles nevertheless.
