Henley’s commercial model differs from that of many recruitment firms and offers a high level of flexibility and value.
Most recruitment firms will invoice if and when a candidate is placed into a role. For many “contingent” recruiters a fee is charged based on a percentage of the candidate’s starting salary. For retained recruiters (search firms) there are stage payments culminating in a fee for placing the candidate.
In both these commercial models, where a search leads to more than one candidate being hired, the recruiter will invariably make an additional charge for each additional hire.
At Henley we are as transparent as we can be with our fees so that there is certainty all round. And one differentiating aspect of our commercial model is that we don’t charge any extra just because more than one candidate is hired. Our work programme is just the same, and we’re delighted, in those instances, our clients get two (or more) for the price of one.
