Though we are headquartered in the UK, our work continues to be international. In fact over 70% of our projects during 2022 were outside the UK. During the year we worked on senior roles based in 25 countries, and identified potential candidates in over 100 countries globally.
Our team is also truly international in nature – a range of different nationalities and fluency in different languages. Perhaps even more important is our understanding of different business cultures and how to interact with candidates – this is very different from country to country.
